Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Andy Fallin a month ago

Took my company van in on a 100 degree day for an oil change. I wasn't about to rush anyone in that heat, but no one wants to sit long with no air conditioning either. I couldn't have asked for faster, friendlier, or more thorough service. I was well pleased for the service value I felt like the company's van was getting. This was the Archdale 10161 location. Good crew.

Great experience. Nicholas and Aaron did my oil and they seem like they were in great sync with each other while doing so. They answered all my questions and concerns as straightforward as possible helping me get a better understanding of my car, I doubt it even took them a full 10mins they were that fast! I’ll definitely be returning for any car troubles in the future.

Today I brought my 15-year-old, who just started driving, in for this experience, and it exceeded all expectations. Both technicians were absolutely amazing! They took the time to explain every step of the process, teaching her about routine vehicle maintenance, what each fluid does, what the proper colors and levels should be, and why it all matters. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure she learned something valuable, not just about servicing her car, but about becoming a more confident and informed driver. Their professionalism and pride in their work were evident from start to finish. It's rare to find people who are this passionate about both their craft and their customers. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

Excellent, friendly, and informative staff. They did a great job with the oil change and even made sure the tires were properly inflated as well as replacing the brake bulb light I had just purchased. They even directed me to an online coupon to save $25 immediately. Highly recommend!

Dawson and Andres were great! I paid a little bit more than I usually do for my oil changes but the crew here made it worth it. Very kind, efficient and all around professional. 10/10 recommend!
